We had 2 Mercedes Benz vehicles and were interested in trading into a 2020 new body style and technology. I received a deal offer from the local store with appraisals and went to MB of Bonita Springs Arriving at this Dealership I met Frank De Luca had both vehicles appraised. I found the exact vehicle I wanted. I shared the offer from the local store. Within virtually 5 minutes, Mr. DeLuca negotiated a $5,000.00 better deal on the car I wanted. I do not go to a dealership to shop, negotiate or waste time. I do my own research, decide what I would like to buy, test drive it and get the best deal possible. In fairness, both stores were courteous and pleasant to visit. MB of Bonita and Mr.DeLuca specifically made me feel appreciated, He made this easy and fast with a far better deal. Even in the middle of a pandemic, service here is personal - I did not purchase the car there, but when I came in with a small lighting issue, there were 3 people in succession coming to look at the personal - I did not purchase the car there, but when I came in with a small lighting issue, there were 3 people in succession coming to look at the problem to try to give it a quick fix - they were not able to do so, but not for a lack of trying.
