My name is Ron Heller and I am the dealer principal for Mercedes-Benz of Boerne. Let me start by saying that I too would be upset and angry had I received such a poor experience from any business much less a Mercedes-Benz Dealer. I want to assure you that I take your experience very seriously. I take full responsibility for our failure to even come close to meeting your expectations and I would like to ask you for an opportunity to make it up to you. I know that I can't change the past but I would like to address the mistakes we made and see if we can find a way to make things right. I can be reached on my cell phone at 210-219-3706. Please call me or my partner Bill Bird at 830-981-6002 when you have some time. We have made several attempts to reach you but without success as of today. I will personally follow up to make sure that we have credited your cc the $21 we mistakenly charged you and inquire as to how we could have made that mistake. I will also investigate how we could have inadvertently cleared your memory seats. Clearing a memory seat is the last thing we want to do since we understand that the seat position is set up just the way you like it. I would also like to know more about the popped off rear view mirrors. While we don't show any record of that, I would like an opportunity to fix or replace anything we may have broken.
