From the moment I drove up I felt like I was the most important person there. They meet you as soon as you drive up and strive to take care of all your needs as soon as possible. On this particular day I came in for a car wash but noticed that my inspection sticker had expired and my tire light had come on. My service Rep (Eric) had come to work with an injury from the previous night and was planning on going home early. I did not have an appointment but he took the time to personally take care of me and not send me to another rep so he couldl go home early. Although I felt bad that he stayed to take care of me I truly appreciated his dedication and concern for me and the things I needed to get done on my Mercedes.
