GLS has lots of tech, but owners manual does a terrible job of explaining how to program/use multiple features (half the owners manual is lawyers’ disclaimers mixed with instructions). Some dealerships have a dedicated person to provide an inservice on how to use tech features. This dealership relies on your salesman to inservice. Terrible 10 min inservice at time of delivery. NOBODY at this dealership is available or knowledgeable re how to use technical features. More
Complete ripoff. Charging phantom "shop fees" a percent labor costs. Charging for parts 20% over msrp. Labor cost for simple oil change fluctuates every 6 months.
