My husband had an 11:30 AM appointment on December 26 at service department of Mercedes Benz of Boerne. Matthew, his advisor, stated it would take 3 hours to do a routine maintenance check. My husband who is 81 yrs old with some physical problems, decided to take an Uber home to wait. He called at 4pm to check on the car and was told Matthew was at lunch but would return his call with status on our car. He never called so my husband tried calling around 6pm but no one answered the phone. He finally received a text from Matthew stating that our proof of insurance could not be found. This was needed for inspection due. My husband had handed it off to Matthew before leaving car with him. We did not receive further info and they ended up actually keeping the car overnight. It was kept with no regard for our own transportation. We took an Uber into Boerne the next day to retrieve our car. We went to Matthew’s desk who told us to have a seat, sign and pay for services which were over $700. Not a smile or even a good morning came from him. I did ask him about the reason our car was kept overnight when we did indeed have an 11:30 AM appointment, His response was that the waiting room got full and those needs had to be taken care of! With that response, I was wondering if we were pushed to the back of the line because we were seniors or perhaps the hernandez surname. My husband not only is a senior but also a disabled veteran. I requested a few minutes of the manager. Amanda’s time but she made it clear that was not going to happen. Stated she had a corporate meeting in AM and was taking time off in the afternoon due to a personal appointment that no one had the right to question. ( We would certainly never question her)!She did not offer us an appointment on another day. We did leave with our car but must say that EVERYONE has a right to be treated with dignity and respect. Even the elderly and minorities! Matthew did call us this AM and asked if he could do something to make the experience better for us. What can we say? We appreciated the call but you cannot change that experience. More

The service was impeccable and beyond the ordinary. Sean even brought the car to my home to inspect and test drive. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, the car was new car clean and felt new.
