I was told my car was ready after a Steering Lock Repair, when I showed up the car could not be found and it was not ready. They tried to sell me a new battery when I personally tested the battery as being g when I showed up the car could not be found and it was not ready. They tried to sell me a new battery when I personally tested the battery as being good. I also went to an independent shop and had the battery tested and it was good. So this dealership was going to charge me $450 for a new battery I did not need. The reason the battery was dead was because the Steering lock problem would not let the car start, it is like having the key turned on all the time. So the shop drained my battery and wanted to charge me for a new one. When I asked the service writer about the dependability of the car due to the battery only being on the charger for a short period, I was told I don’t know but you can call our roadside assistance if you have a problem. This is horrible customer service. What should have happened is the car should have been ready when the dealer said it was ready. If they needed another day to ensure a proper charge then so be it. So I had to put in on an overnight charge just to make sure the battery was fully charged from being drained by the dealer. This is my daughters car and I cannot accept this. More

The service representative had me wait 8 hours offering one lane excuse after another. It turned out he didn’t notify the service technicians that I will be waiting for my vehicle. The service representative wouldn’t resolve the issue when requested and was very rude and at one point ugly towards me. More training this service representative needs on how to talk to the PAYING Customer! More
