Mercedes Boerne is always so helpful, especially our service writer Patricia Enriquez. She’s always so pleasant and helpful. We get our 2009 E 350 serviced here but she and the dealership treat us like service writer Patricia Enriquez. She’s always so pleasant and helpful. I bought a Mercedes with the expectation of the phenomenal service which I received from Andres P. If Mercedes can copy his service, there would be a waiting time of years to buy a Mercedes. phenomenal service which I received from Andres P. During a normal shopping run my wife was on her way home when she noted the check engine light had come Ted on then followed by a loss of power. Power did come back but at the next light the vehicle shut of when she noted the check engine light had come Ted on then followed by a loss of power. Power did come back but at the next light the vehicle shut off and had trouble starting. The dealership mechanic stated he noted low fuel pressure but he felt the reason was cause my had to little fuel. The fuel level was a quarter of a tank @ 130 miles of distance left. I noted the ntsb notification and conveyed that to the dealership but it was disregarded out of hand. If in fact he was correct I can never allow this vehicle to go below 5 gallons of gas in the tank. I believe this will end my relationship with Mercedes Benz. More
