We have been to this dealership over the last 10 years and been pleased with them. On Friday, August 18, 2023, we came for our 9am appointment with our newly licensed 17 year old driving by himself in the and been pleased with them. On Friday, August 18, 2023, we came for our 9am appointment with our newly licensed 17 year old driving by himself in the heavy traffic for 30 minutes to get to the dealership. The needs of the car were discussed prior to making the appointment. Upon arrival, we were rather abruptly ushered inside and left without an advisor. I finally asked for assistance and was told the dealership no longer services cars older than 2008. They would not service the car even though we discussed its needs several days prior, made an appointment and drove 20 miles to get there. No apologies, just a bunch of people literally turning their backs on us. Very unprofessional on the part of several employees. Our son just needed help with a slipping tensioner belt. He WAS very excited to be driving the Benz for his first car. This dealership just lost our business. Doesn’t feel like they care. A simple email notification of the change in serviceable cars would have been appropriate. Removing us from their email list for service offers would also be appropriate. A disappointing and rather nasty treatment for us and a disillusionment for a 17 year old who was full of hopes for this car. They definitely lost our trust. More

My service advisor, Linda De La Cruz is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes cars. She schedules my vehicle to accommodate my schedule. I have my GLE 350 serviced here because I live close by. I don’t mind paying the money to get high quality service. On the other hand, I do mind when I pay for high quality service and I do not get treated I don’t mind paying the money to get high quality service. The day before my service, the dealership said they will provide transportation to and from the dealership. When I asked about it, my advisor said the computer is down at that time. I’m paying $2,000 to replace my brakes and another $2,000 for fluids and I have to beg for a ride home 10 minutes away. Go somewhere else. I know I will. More
