From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile so bright I thought of Boerne for service, and let me tell you—Charles is an absolute legend! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile so bright I thought he was part of the dealership’s lighting system. Not only is Charles incredibly friendly and helpful, but he also has the patience of a saint. He explained everything about my service in a way that even I—someone who thinks “torque” is just a fancy way of saying “twist”—could understand. He made sure my car was taken care of with the precision of a Mercedes engineer and the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store. Now, I have to mention—Charles is a Philadelphia Eagles fan, and I have to give credit where it’s due… they just won the Super Bowl this year! I mean, I half expected Charles to show up in a parade float instead of his service desk. Honestly, if he puts half as much passion into my GLE as he does celebrating that Eagles victory, I know my car is in championship-winning hands. If you’re bringing your car in for service, ask for Charles! Just be ready—he might throw in a free car wash AND a play-by-play breakdown of the Super Bowl highlights. More
