Although my SL, after being in service for a month, mainly just sitting, had to go back to have the top collapsible mechanism fixed (it was lose & r Although my SL, after being in service for a month, mainly just sitting, had to go back to have the top collapsible mechanism fixed (it was lose & rattled terribly while driving) the research done by my service advisor was excellent, & he was able to identify a new system for navigation, Bluetooth, radio & cd, that I could use, given my reluctance to learn ‘high tech’ gadgets. It was unfortunate that my S/A was on leave for part of both visits to the shop, which delayed matters quite a bit, & lacked the quality control that seems to be left to be done by the service advisors or the client. I’m fortunate that Eddy Waters is my service advisor, since he always does his best to provide the best service to his clients, & keep them apprised of what is going on with the repair of their vehicles. More
