My wife was in Boerne TX (9 hours from our home) with our daughter who is due any minute with her first child and our first grandchild when her ML350 started running really rough. She called me and I called Mark DeLaFuente (service manager) at Mercedes Benz of Boerne and he scheduled an appointment for the first thing this morning. They diagnosed the issue and repaired our car within a few hours. I can’t even explain how much it meant to us during this stressful time to know we have a completely reliable car.
