The personnel receive you with a welcome smile and assist you right away. Waiting time is minimal even if you are late. I'm glad I've had Lynda De La Cruz as my admin these last 6 years. Even the nice lady who does the paperwork for my loaner greets me with a "How"s your day' coming in and a see you next year going out. A sales guy saw me walking in the sales area and immediately asked if he could help me with something. So after turning my loaner in I leave with a cup of coffee and a snack with my ready to go for another year 450 SUV.
