I had my vehicle serviced here at MBB and I have to say that this was one of the smoothest experiences I have had at this dealership. I thought that it was going to be a two wait for the service but others that this was one of the smoothest experiences I have had at this dealership. Car shopping can be very stressful, but Mercedes-Benz of Boerne made things run smoothly. When we showed interest in the car we were looking for, our sales consultant, Jeff Bouchard sent us a video of the c Boerne made things run smoothly. He explained the features of the car and gave us a brief tour of the interior and exterior in the video. There was also another gentleman, Rick, who was responsive as well. Rick also came highly recommended as a sales consultant from a family member who has bought numerous cars from him. After watching the video Jeff sent us, we knew that this is the car we wanted to test drive. We had no trouble making an appointment with Jeff to come in and test drive the car. I had been car shopping for a while and went to several different dealerships, all those dealerships gave us the runaround and did not treat us with respect, but we had the opposite treatment at mercedes-Benz of Boerne. We were greeted at the door, walked the showroom and was told where the snacks and refreshments were. We were greeted by Jeff and everything went smoothly. There was no secret extra cost, and we did not do the whole never-ending back-and-forth thing, they were very straightforward and we were able to come to an agreement very quickly. There was a brief miscommunication with picking up my vehicle, but Jeff went above and beyond to fix the situation and make sure that I had my car in the most pristine state. I would definitely buy from them again and I thank Jeff for taking the time to make sure our buying experience was a positive one! More
