Very busy service center. James and team friendly. Found that service costs are higher than other two San Antonio dealers. Finally was surprised that Sprinter side of service James and team friendly. Found that service costs are higher than other two San Antonio dealers. Finally was surprised that Sprinter side of service does not wash vehicles at exit. Made assumption it would be vacuumed and cleaned but was covered in hugs from my previous travel. That to me is an extra customer service opportunity to keep the customer coming back. Will try other dealers next time. More
I would have to say that this dealership has absolutely redeemed themselves from the first review that I had left on Google which I will be updating first off let me just say that if it wasn't for the way redeemed themselves from the first review that I had left on Google which I will be updating first off let me just say that if it wasn't for the way I was treated over the phone trying to make my service appointment my car would have been brought to this dealership the first time instead it was brought to San Antonio Mercedes-Benz who returned my car unfixed and the service writer did not listen to what was wrong with it in the first place now they won't even return my call needless to say I brought it to Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and Linda de La Cruz who not only listened to what needed to be fixed but went above and beyond to get things replaced that needed to be replaced My parents have always gone to Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and now I know why this dealership will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy not only that they are super friendly You're greeted once you get there you're greeted once you walk in nobody treats you like you don't belong there and nobody treats you like you're underneath them I will definitely keep coming back to this dealership for service More

When she was told that I needed to replace my rocker panel, she suggested I check with the company that repaired the "deer attack". I did and they are replacing the panel at no cost to me. What. a professional she is!! More
