The work was very good, but I had a “loaner” car for 1 and 1/2 days, drove 19 miles, to and from my house with one stop, in returning, to put in 3 gallons of gas to bring it to the 3/4 tank, as I received and 1/2 days, drove 19 miles, to and from my house with one stop, in returning, to put in 3 gallons of gas to bring it to the 3/4 tank, as I received it! Apparently, on the return to the dealer, I picked up a nail in one tire. Just before I arrived, it showed low tire pressure on the rear left tire. So they charged me $404. For a NEW TIRE!!!!! I think that is totally unfair and ridiculous!!! (My bill for work on my car, was $811. approximately, for now, but they are recommending an additional $7500. +. for various other things. I cannot believe this replacement of the tire on the rental is appropriate!! I spoke with the manager of service, but he said nothing could be done. I have been using Beverly Hills MBZ service for the past 40-50 YEARS!! I will now look elsewhere. More

It’s always a smooth experience until a small issue arises. Then nobody wants to take accountability or dig in a second layer to resolve the issue. Whether it’s a lost item, a certain service request, arises. Then nobody wants to take accountability or dig in a second layer to resolve the issue.
