I am happy to share my amazing experience with the team at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills after taking home gorgeous new cars this week for both myself and my wife (on her birthday no less). Of note, Steven Jay Marcotte went out of his way to ensure our every need was met without high-pressure sales tactics. We felt our concerns were patiently considered and respected while our priorities were made his as well. We each ended up with spectacular luxury vehicles that fit within our budget and will no doubt be bringing our business back to Steven and the team next time around! More

Received a letter from MBFS and the payment was $50 more than agreed upon. Emailed and called General Manager Nadia Hamdan. No response. However I received numerous calls and emails from the dealership to give them a positive review. Dishonest and no customer service from Henriquez or Hamdan. More
