I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership when I purchased a 2021 CPO Mercedes GLA 35 AMG. From the start, the car had issues, including transmission problems, power steering vibra dealership when I purchased a 2021 CPO Mercedes GLA 35 AMG. From the start, the car had issues, including transmission problems, power steering vibrations, and squeaky brakes. Despite bringing the car in for service right away, only the transmission issue was fixed. They couldn't identify the vibration issue, and they told me the squeaky brakes were “normal” because they were new. Months later, the brake problem worsened, and since I had just purchased the vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) car, I returned to the dealership for help. They told me the brakes were rusted and that this wasn't covered under the warranty. Mind you, I had been complaining about this issue since the purchase, yet nothing was done to address it earlier. To make matters worse, during my service visit, they replaced the battery in my key but somehow lost the insert part. Despite my efforts to follow up, I never received any response regarding the replacement of the key. I contacted Mercedes-Benz North America, who reached out to the dealership on my behalf, but it’s been months with no resolution. The lack of communication, poor service, and failure to address ongoing issues with the vehicle have made this one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
