Where do I begin? ! From calling the dealership and speaking with Edgar on the phone to working with Amir, sales consultant , the manager Robert and finally Misha the f ! Amir was so patient, understanding, and helpful during the whole process. I truly felt that he was very genuine and honest and that he really cared about my satisfaction with buying a car and not just pushing a sale. He even went as far as to try and find me my preferred color in the car I liked by looking at all dealerships in the west coast and trying to locate it. Ultimately, I went with the 2024 black glc 300 and I am so happy with it. Amir took his time to show me the functions of the car and answer any questions I had and he continues to answer my texts about different features in the car. He was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness. I am so happy I was paired with him to find my car! Amir didn’t stop at just the sale of the car because he even followed up with me the next day to see how I like the car. I had such a good experience working with Amir and am very fond of his work ethic and hospitality. I have already recommended him to friends and family that are looking for new cars. Now for the rest of the staff. The manager Robert was very direct and to the point which is refreshing to see in a manger because he didn’t waste any time and made it so easy to get me a great deal for the car I wanted! Misha was incredibly friendly and funny during the signing process. I usually hate dealing with financial departments because they make things so complicated and are so pushy about add ons but Misha was straight forward, helpful, and efficient.
