I'd give these folks a failing grade for several reasons. They broke my driver's side fuse box cover and did not inform me of this. I had also informed my service person that I'd be picking up the car when the place opened the next morning and to please have it ready; he never showed up to work, I was first on the lot. And still it took me just under sn hour to get my car brought around. Also, unbelievable, but they must've stored the car outside in the rain, it came back covered in 1" dia. Dirt splotches, and they had the nerve to hand it back to me that way. This place was good 10 years ago, now they're the pits. And for only twice the cost of taking your car anywhere else! More

I was beyond disappointed with my experience at this MB. I took my car in, as it had a major leak & I had a 5 hour drive coming up. The advisor gave me the impression that he thought I was unintelligent. He said it was probably nothing. I insisted on having it checked out. I was given a beaten loaner that I had to drive in 90+ degrees with no working AC. I had to beg for 3.5 days for any sort of communication on my car. The advisor said “Look, I am doing like 4 different jobs right now”. He acted as if I was bothering him. When I went to pick up my car, he did not explain anything to me. He handed me a marker & said “sign this”, then proceeded to point across the garage, & said “your car is that way”. Honestly I would expect better service at a used car dealership. I am disgusted by this experience. More

Will never buy from them again! If i could mark 0 stars i would definitely? do. I made a trade-in? on my old car with market value of $10k-$13K so i picked the model i wanted and aft If i could mark 0 stars i would definitely? do. I made a trade-in? on my old car with market value of $10k-$13K so i picked the model i wanted and after they checked my car they said its been reported of damages? on body and the value is $6K, the manager and the lady who checked the mechanic both said this is the value of the car, its not safe to drive with it and the price they will give for it is $6K and when i wanted to ask for more than $6K the manager wanted to cancel the deal. Somehow i took the 6k has a down payment for the new car and trusted them that this is really the value of the car. i made a ?huge mistake putting my trust on them, i shouldn't? get at that day this car and was too excited to cancel it which they was absolutely? used it to make me stupid and get the car in that cheap price. Eventually i found out that the car value is at leat $9.3K and as adealership? you sell it at least $14k. i called mark the guy who is taking care of the service to get back the real value and be fair with me and guess what? "oh I'm? so sorry but youre calling 10 days after the deal, even if i want to do something i cant..." - you see, you guys was far away from being loyal with me, telling stories on the car "its not safe" and when i found out its was bulxxxx you talking about that we already signed a contract?! or you guys choose to be loyal and pay a FAIR price for trade in or your guys trying to tell stories to ?tell to your clients to make them stupid, you cant do both. Btw, mark said he will call me back after he will check what was in the deal and its been one week since we talked and didn't? call me back... More
