Silvia at Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills Service was amazing. Brought my car in near the end of my 4 year/50,000 warranty when a battery warning popped up on my dash. She provided me with a car ride hom amazing. Brought my car in near the end of my 4 year/50,000 warranty when a battery warning popped up on my dash. She provided me with a car ride home and back and was able to get my battery covered under the battery warranty. My car was washed and fully inspected so I drove back home knowing it was as good as new. All this for $0. I am one happy customer! More

I purchased an E350 (2022) on 12/31/2023 from MBBH. Registration and license plate never arrived so I contacted my salesman, Mark xxxxx on 03/22/2024. I explained that $671 was paid as part of the sal Registration and license plate never arrived so I contacted my salesman, Mark xxxxx on 03/22/2024. I explained that $671 was paid as part of the sale for registration and title transfer. Under CA laws, MBBH must transfer title within 15 days. That never happened. I checked with the DMV, and there is no record of a title transfer. I called Mark, and Mark was to check with his internal colleague, Brenda. I left numerous calls for both Mark and Brenda but neither ever returned my calls. This is clearly a breach of contract for failing to transfer title. I also emailed Ridgley (internet sales), who was very eager for a sale initially, but when I emailed for inquiries, there was never a courtesy reply. I am very disappointed with the level of service, or lack of, from a reputable dealer. I understand mistakes do happen. However, MBBH failed to reach out to rectify a contractual issue. More

I was transferred several times, put on hold and disconnected multiple times trying to get to my service advisor and then had my calls picked up and seemingly purposely disconnected twice!! Sylvia, my service advisor, was great, but getting to her via phone was not! This dealership charges premium/above avg prices for service, but as a customer, I often receive sub par service….Unacceptable!! More
