My service advisor Laura Bauman was rude unprofessional and incompetent. I was told my car would be ready an hour and a half after my appointment. I came back in an hour to the dealership to find my car s and incompetent. I was told my car would be ready an hour and a half after my appointment. My car was ultimately not ready for another hour and when I informed her that she had missed her estimate multiple times she blamed that I was a “walk in” which was inaccurate a service technician told me it was late because the car never got moved due to her incompetence. Dropped the car for a Mercedes mandated recall which, according to the official letter was supposed to take approximately 30 minutes. They kept the car for another 7 DAYS. Terrible follow up.
