To be honest, I was not thrilled by my experience. I requested that the car be picked up, and wasn’t notified that this wouldn’t be possible until just two days before the appointment. I was never offered a loaner, only an Uber coupon. I was able to make alternate arrangements for drop off and pick up. I ended up leaving the car on the lot for an extra day, picking up Tuesday afternoon instead of Monday. You can imagine my surprise that when I did pick up the car, it was unwashed – even though you had a full 24 hours to do so. It was visible quite dirty, as I had just finished the drive from San Francisco the day before. Not even a coupon in the cup holder – which seems the bare minimum you could offer, given that there is a car wash almost directly across the street from your location. It literally says on your website that a wash and a loaner are part of the “excellent customer service” provided at your dealership. My father has owned Mercedes cars for years, and has always gushed about the excellence at MB dealerships. I have to wonder why I’m not experiencing that service excellence? More

I was introduced to my service Tech then told I need to sit down right in front of him until he finishes what “he needs to do”. Later he continues to essentially argue with me about the fact that I just bo sit down right in front of him until he finishes what “he needs to do”. Later he continues to essentially argue with me about the fact that I just bought my car and I don’t have a second key that needs to be activated. I was then told to move my car over to the service bay where someone would be there to open it. I get there, and no one is there and no one cares enough to move the car that’s in the way for me to get through. I get out and go back in then hand the key to him. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just felt like my time wasn’t important and that I wasn’t being listened to. More
