I gave you a rating of two because you did one thing correctly you were able to replace the turn signal lever and it works. However things went swiftly downhill from there you told me you ordered a fac correctly you were able to replace the turn signal lever and it works. However things went swiftly downhill from there you told me you ordered a factory part but could not produce an invoice? You had to have gotten the part somewhere and I was just trying to make sure that you didn't run down to the local AutoZone and buy the one they had in stock for $80 and then charge me 203. According to Oregon State law you are required to provide the replaced parts and you were unable to do that. The labor charges were $562.50 for a job that the Chilton repair manual estimates should take less than 2 hours shop time. For some reason someone searched through the glove box open the inner door to the sunroof and change to channel on the radio doesn't sound very professional to me! Last but not least there was standing water behind the passenger side front seat that was not there when I brought it in I know this because I removed personal items that were sitting in that area right before I brought the car in to your shop one of your employees left a note mentioning the water and suggesting that the car leaks, I have owned the car for many years and have never experienced any sign of leaking. When I got home I took a garden hose and rinse that side of the car down thoroughly and found no sign of any leak. I was obviously not very pleased with your service and do not plan on doing business with you in the future. More
