Two points that need to be addressed, please state that the mechanics do not start until 8AM on your appointment scheduler on the company website since this information would have changed my drop off time. the mechanics do not start until 8AM on your appointment scheduler on the company website since this information would have changed my drop off time. There was a drastic decline in the standard of service this year. I had to call 11 times just to get an appointment. They said it was due to staff shortages but there’s really no excuse for this. I didn’t this year. I had to call 11 times just to get an appointment. They said it was due to staff shortages but there’s really no excuse for this. I didn’t get the service advisor I requested and the feedback from my appointment was substandard. I can only hope the work that was done was better quality than the service.My prior reviews have all been five stars so I hope this is just a blip. More

I expected much more from the service dept, I always have had my car detailed wherever I have taken my car. After having my car for almost a week I was disappointed that it hadn’t been cleaned. It was a expe had my car detailed wherever I have taken my car. After having my car for almost a week I was disappointed that it hadn’t been cleaned. It was a expensive visit ($2000+) I thought that was customary at all high end dealerships 😞 More
