Staff is friendly & efficient. Service has been on time & thorough. Cost appears standard. Transparency seems questionable: I called into service to ask cost of Service A & wa Service has been on time & thorough. Cost appears standard. Transparency seems questionable: I called into service to ask cost of Service A & was told $245. When I got to my appointment & presented my $50 coupon the cost then became $305. I brought up the issue with the service advisor without resolution but an explanation that whoever I spoke to was incorrect. Maybe post your prices? More

I have severe ptsd and anxiety, I did a lot of communicating via text and email. I was concerned going to dealership, however I will say by far best experience working with Jesus. Hard to say at this point. Used car with 15k miles had "check engine" light go on after driving 25 miles. Omen? At the dealer getting checked out.
