The service advisor and the service were great but getting to schedule my actual service appointment was problematic. I spent time over 2 days with telephone calls, text messages and internet chats tr getting to schedule my actual service appointment was problematic. I spent time over 2 days with telephone calls, text messages and internet chats trying to reach an actual person before I was able get my appointment date and time. Once done everything was OK but getting to that point made me wonder if they really wanted to have my business. More
