Impossible to make an appt over the phone. They simply didn’t answer the phone - with 10 tries over multiple days. We were finally able to make an appt on the site. Went on a Saturday. Ryan communicated well during the Service A process for my GLA45 AMG. One nit however: tire pressure was not up to spec when I received the car . All were low with one being over four pounds under inflated my GLA45 AMG. One nit however: tire pressure was not up to spec when I received the car .
