Salesman was okay as was your finance, tried to throw in extra contacts I didn’t agree to but could have been a mistake. Your service department has been nothing but problems every time I’ve used them, incl extra contacts I didn’t agree to but could have been a mistake. Once I finally got an service appointment, things went well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to pick it up. Again, improvement is needed make a service appointment. I called three times. I left three messages that were never returned. I had to actually stop in and make my service appointment in person. This was not the experience Mercedes-Benz is know for. More
