Salesman was okay as was your finance, tried to throw in extra contacts I didn’t agree to but could have been a mistake. Once I finally got an service appointment, things went well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to well. Then when I brought my car in, I was in consist contact with my advisor. My car was ready when estimated. My car was up front waiting for me to pick it up. Again, improvement is needed make a service appointment. I called three times. I left three messages that were never returned. I had to actually stop in and make my service appointment in person. This was not the experience Mercedes-Benz is know for. More

I made the appt , with one of your service writers about a week ahead, I have no A/C and bought my 350 GLE there new. I live an hour away. When I got there I was told there was no loaner cars and it was a a week ahead, I have no A/C and bought my 350 GLE there new. I live an hour away. When I got there I was told there was no loaner cars and it was a 2/3 day diagnosis wait.... I was never notified of this, until that morning. They said the minimum time would be 6 hrs ifI choose to wait to run diagnostics on my SUV, I had no choice to wait and no ride home... I waited and paid 350 for a diagnosis and found out that I needed a compressor and that would be another week to order. I then had to drive home at 330 in the afternoon thru PDX with no air conditioning and had nothing to eat all day, It was 99 degrees. No one offered any solution, just like too bad for you! It will be my last trip to your dealership! I should of known better as the service work I had done prior with coolant flush, belts etc... on my way home all my coolant leaked out and had to have my car towed to another Mercedes' Dealer to fix, all because the plug was misthreaded by the technician. I've learned a valuable lesson. Never again. More
