Quick response to our issue while on roadtrip - gas cap door would not open and the plastic (why plastic???) manual lever to open from inside fell off in my hands. Very helpful salesman discussed, one guy tried to fix and they said come first thing in morning to service dept. checkin person Nathan was gracious and professional, as was mechanic Ron - fixed the matter with new part quickly, showed me what he’d done in case it happens again. Wonderful service!!! More
interacting with the service department here is a consistent joke. Out of 10 times I've called in the last 2 years, I have been connected with a person.....once. Usually if you don't leave a message (often not returned) it is an 8-9 minute hold and a disconnect. Even normal scheduled warranty service bookings are many weeks out. Once into the service day, I have not had a problem with what they provide...I don't in any way think this is a mechanic issue, but Lithia obviously cuts costs on the interaction portion...witnessed by the HIGH representative turnover.
