The downtown portland store refused to have a technician do a drive test to figure out if the noise coming from my tires rendered my S450 undriveable any earlier than 6 weeks from now. Despite having a full schedule, the Beaverton store took my S450 on a drive-in and subsequently fixed the tires on the spot. Outstanding service. More

My new Mercedes was complaining that it couldn't help me stay in lane and the driver's assist functions were inoperative. Bummer. I got a fairly quick appointment (for these days) and waited like a new fath stay in lane and the driver's assist functions were inoperative. Bummer.
