As an my first experience, Ryan was friendly and explained well. However there is no waiting area for Lyft while the service is in progress and the Lyftis only one-way service. End of service, A tex explained well. However there is no waiting area for Lyft while the service is in progress and the Lyftis only one-way service. End of service, A text messages said the service is done and “car is washed”. However it wasn’t cleaned at all interior or exterior. And dirty paper liner still left at driver side. Not sure if the service was done properly. Very disappointing as my very first experience at Mercedes Service Center. More
