Everything went well from check-in to completed work. Did not wait. I was to be phoned when the car was ready (1:00 to 1:30 pm) as agreed with the service advisor. Never received a phone call. My concern was not addressed because there was a cooling fan fault. I was quoted 1100 to change the fan. I chose not to because I Jane been in the automotive industry for 20+ years and know that is an easy fan fault. I was quoted 1100 to change the fan. I chose not to because I Jane been in the automotive industry for 20+ years and know that is an easy job. So, I paid their diagnostic fee of $235 for absolutely nothing. I scanned the car at my own shop and there is a fault for the high pressure fuel pump. Oddly the same thing that happened to my previous C250. This is also the thing Mercedes extended the warranty on. More
