Worst customer service ever o hade they kept my car for three weeks and no loaner car and I have to rent a car and they offer me loaner when I went to pickup my car and I have extended warranty and I suppo three weeks and no loaner car and I have to rent a car and they offer me loaner when I went to pickup my car and I have extended warranty and I suppose to pay only 200 dollars for any repair but service charge me 435 dollars More

I was traveling and 500 miles from home when the check engine light on my E550 came on. I stopped at Mercedes of Beaverton to have it checked. Upon pulling into the dealership it was obvious that they wer engine light on my E550 came on. I stopped at Mercedes of Beaverton to have it checked. Upon pulling into the dealership it was obvious that they were very busy. Nevertheless, service manager Chris Walters saw me almost immediately. After explaining my situation he made sure that my car was diagnosed quickly. He explained what needed to be done immediately as well as other service issues that could be done by my local Mercedes’ dealer when I got home. I authorized the repair that was most critical and the work was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way home in about 2 hours. Thank you Chris! I wish my local dealership was as accommodating and efficient as Mercedes’ of Beaverton. More
Dennis was great up until the point where we were ready to leave. We had signed papers and I was handed 1 and only 1 key to the car. I was not informed of this prior to the sale. This was a $500 addition to leave. We had signed papers and I was handed 1 and only 1 key to the car. I was not informed of this prior to the sale. This was a $500 additional expense that I had to incur. There was no offer to make it right, split the cost or otherwise. Pretty disappointing that nobody informed us of this and that nobody cared after the deal was done. Dennis even called a week later to check in. When I brought it up again he simply stated “yeah that is to bad”. More
