This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. When I buy cars, I also form a relationship with the dealership. I become a long term customer. I purchased four cars from my last dealer. They used a fake email for my loan application. They drove the car I am purchasing without telling me. They posted a picture of the car in front of my home without my consent. They never gave me a copy of the paper work I signed. It’s been several days and I still don’t have them. The communication is poor. The sales people are snobby and don’t return calls. Awful place. I went to sell my car at another dealership on Saturday to make a purchase @ Mercedes Benz.. Well of course after I called to make sure the vehicle was available before I sold my car…all was good. So I say to make a purchase @ Mercedes Benz.. Well of course after I called to make sure the vehicle was available before I sold my car…all was good. So I say ok sold. I called and asked Dalton to send an updated purchase order to send to my bank to purchase and all he wrote was what is the bank name so I can put it on the purchase order. I replied and never heard from him. Monday morning I get on the website and it says sold and it wasn’t to me. I called to complain because Bruce who I’ve been talking to couldn’t text or call to let me know it had been sold. Come to find out 1 min after I sent my bank name to Dalton the vehicle sold. Nice of either of them to let me know before I got rid of my car. Hope the vehicle isn’t as crappy as the customer service you get. More
The guy said he would text me when the car was done, but he didn’t. I asked him to check one of the buttons that wasn’t working.
