Apparently the finance specialist was out and remaining staff were unfamiliar with the process of purchase. The entire buying process took extended time...weeks, with multiple requests by purchaser and lender to obtain the purchase order. I was told normally the dealership could deal with lender and provide needed details electronically, however in my case I had to act as seller and buyer. I should get a sales commission for buying the car! More

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton has been an absolute nightmare, characterized by incompetence, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability, particularly from their finance mana absolute nightmare, characterized by incompetence, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability, particularly from their finance manager, Mejra. I purchased a 2023 SL55 AMG from this dealership, expecting a luxury experience commensurate with the $160,000 price tag. Instead, I've been plagued with issues since day one. Mercedes Benz USA recognized the severity of my problems and sent me a $4,000 voucher as compensation. Sounds good, right? Wrong. The voucher came with a catch: all outstanding recalls must be completed to redeem it. Fair enough, I thought. I brought the car in for one recall, which was supposedly fixed. However, on my way home, I received a call notifying me of yet another recall. Frustrated but hoping for a quick resolution, I returned to the dealership, only to be told that the necessary parts were out of stock with no estimated time of arrival. So much for a timely fix. The real kicker came when I reached out to Mejra, the finance manager, as advised by the local dealer. She assured me she would investigate the issue and get back to me promptly. Two weeks passed with complete silence—no phone call, no email, nothing. It's as if my concerns fell into a black hole of indifference. The $4,000 voucher, meant to compensate for my troubles, is now effectively worthless due to Mercedes Benz of Beaverton's inability to handle their own recalls in a timely manner. Their post-sales customer service is non-existent, leaving customers like me stranded with expensive, defective vehicles and zero support. I've escalated my complaints in an attempt to initiate a buyback, but who knows if that will lead anywhere. At this point, I'm considering contacting the press and sharing my story on social media to warn others about the atrocious treatment I've endured. In conclusion, if you value your sanity and hard-earned money, steer clear of Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. Their luxury image is a facade, hiding a dysfunctional dealership that fails its customers at every turn. More
For something as big as buying a car, this was a fairly stress free experience. We did go in knowing exactly what we wanted and what we had to work with for purchase. stress free experience. We did go in knowing exactly what we wanted and what we had to work with for purchase. More
I will not be back. Only few employees there. Lack of communication, they don't take care of my answer or request after selling. Only few employees there. Lack of communication, they don't take care of my answer or request after selling. More
