I have absolute trust going in and seeing Ata. He has a wide range of knowledge on are that they have on the lot. Well at first we thought it was a ok experience until we found out that we were being lied to. We found a car we liked , Mercedes told us they had when we went to buy it they told us it was sold (Which was found out that we were being lied to. We found a car we liked , Mercedes told us they had when we went to buy it they told us it was sold (Which was not true week later it was still at the lot) But thats not the worse part they sent our credit app out to multiple banks which is very bad for your credit even after I specifically asked them about they told me no they dont do that and it does not hurt your credit. People experienced in car sales should know they need to have a relationship with the bank first and a car laid out for you before you apply. If the rate is not right then rate shop. Also they might have broke a Oregon law. They are suppose to give you a record of what your credit score when they pull it. I would not recommend these guys they just want to force you in a new car and by any means necessary! Our man issue is not with the salesman but the fact he was not properly trained for this is what mad us upset. Almost prevented us from getting a loan and buying a car elsewhere! More
I decided to purchase a new car and spent quite some time shopping around. I looked at Lexus, BMW, Volvo and have no complaints from any of the dealerships. However I went with Mercedes after finding the best mix of luxury and sportiness. Additionally I feel they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my buying decision. I took a car for a trial run overnight and ultimately decided on a year-old one that had just been lease returned. They cleaned it up rickity tick and I couldn't be happier. Throughout my process I worked with about half the salesmen and everyone was great! Would definitely by another vehicle there. More
We are owners of 2 MB's, S550 and GLK 350. We were invited this past week to the open house. We drove up and were very impressed with valet parking and a quick greeting. Unfriendly staff and a horrid reception. The staff, with their suit and ties and name badges on there lapel were huddled together. We were there for 45 minutes and NEVER greeted by any of them. I would have thought that they were going to be giving out business cards and greeting the guests in order to WIN customers away from the other two local dealerships. Then for the catering company, from 1 to 10 a "2". They actually had cheap paper plates for their snacks and a ice chest thrown in the lobby with bottled water. Yet they had many people standing around that could have offered the water and dried off the wet icy bottles. Very tacky.....No class at all for such a beautiful dealership. The crew serving the food was unfriendly and could not describe the wines. If this is any indication of the service that they are going to offer, I will stay at my other dealership and just travel the distance! More
