We felt like we were at a Chevy store- prices all over the place and a salesperson who did not know the product properly. We were contacted by the the general manager of Mercedes Beaverton personally, and he gave us trade in values exactly where they should have been according to KBB, and a great price on the car we wanted. We would highly recommend this dealer, and will say so on Yelp and anyplace else we can. More

Mercedes-Benz Treatment All The Way I came in about 8 months or so and was looking for an E250 Bluetec 4 Matic. Fallon was my salesperson. We test drove the car, they were just releasing them so getting a chance to preview them was very rare. Having come from a mult-generation Mercedes family I know when a salesperson knows their product about Mercedes. She could answer my technical Mercedes questions and really sold me on the vehicle. She provided me with information that I needed and we parted company until last Saturday. I stopped by the dealership to see if they had the car I was looking for and they did not. However, Fallon arranged to have it delivered overnight and they went and picked it up. They made me an incredible deal, were very transparent through the entire event and made sure everything was as quoted and promised. I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I left Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton feeling very confident in my purchase and I feel like they were not willing to let me leave until they had done just that. All's well that ends well This is an update on my review of Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton dated 7/23/14 describing my purchase of a CPO 2012 SL550. Reference to the original revie This is an update on my review of Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton dated 7/23/14 describing my purchase of a CPO 2012 SL550. Reference to the original review will show that there were multiple problems either missed by the CPO inspection process, or if not missed, at least not corrected before offering the vehicle for sale as a CPO vehicle. I am please to report that, after that inauspicious start, Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton has stood solidly behind their product. Brandon King and Collan Knutson made sure that all the needed parts were special-ordered and delivered, and Rob Temple and his service technicians went out of their way to correct the deficiencies and effect the repairs needed to restore the vehicle to pristine condition. Finally, General Manager David Richardson kindly consented to reimburse me for the cost of the faulty tire that was slowly leaking air, but was unrepairable. As a result of this experience, I can assure future customers that this dealer will go the extra mile to make sure that the buying experience turns out well despite any "bumps" along the way. More

Great Experience, really easy and not intimidating! Wow! Talk about fast, easy, and not intimidating. I never really thought someone like myself could be driving a brand new Mercedes, but Brandon King m Wow! Talk about fast, easy, and not intimidating. I never really thought someone like myself could be driving a brand new Mercedes, but Brandon King made it happen, and really got me a great deal that I couldn't be happier with. He actually saved me money by getting me a fabulous lease on a 2014 C250, which was cheaper than the 2009 C300 I was financing. Super option for those that don't want to worry about maintenence issues, and are interested in upgrading to a super luxurious (and newer) Mercedes every couple of years! I am living my dream of owning one of these cars, and every time I drive its a reminder of how grateful I am that Brandon made it happen. He was never pushy, but corresponded with me often through email and the occasional phone call, which is conducive to my work schedule and lack of time through the week. He never forgot about me, and when it was time-he made me an offer that was fair and I couldn't refuse. If you think you can't afford a car here, think again! Everyone deserves to be as happy with their vehicle as I am! More
