He is extremely knowledgable, has a "can do" attitude, and it is important to him that you have the right car, not just a car. Jay in finance is also top quality- one of the best F & I people we have dealt with. They work hard to give a fair price on both the new car and the trade-in, they have a good level of inventory to choose from, and the facility is first rate. When it is time for our next car we will go back. More

Bought CPO e350 I had a wonderful experience working with Elias. Being from Seattle I wanted to negotiate my trade-in and purchase price before driving down. After so I had a wonderful experience working with Elias. Being from Seattle I wanted to negotiate my trade-in and purchase price before driving down. After some negotiation we reached a deal. I drove down and the car was detailed and ready to go. The purchase process went quickly and I was on my way back home. I had a couple follow up questions which they promptly answered by email.
