Excellent executrion, poor facility Chris and was totaly awesome. Communication was excellent and checkout was superfast. Took a little while to get the loaner... this was ok as it gave some time to get coffee and coffee only. For a very nice facility they are lacking items that enhance the user experience. No snacks, fruit etc... we also own a lexus and their service area is always fully stocked. I have also written about this same topic a few years ago... do you guy even read these? Poor business practices, you may wish to avoid We looked at and agreed to purchase a used car on 9/11/18. We made the purchase contingent on our mechanic's inspection. We took the car home and into We looked at and agreed to purchase a used car on 9/11/18. We made the purchase contingent on our mechanic's inspection. We took the car home and into our mechanic on 9/12/18. Our mechanic had a long and expensive list of repairs. We returned the car on 9/12/18 and THEY HAD CASHED OUR CHECK!! The sales manager John Foster said he felt our mechanic was overly cautious and perhaps greedy for business. He agreed to pay for an inspection of the car, a Volvo with Fisher Volvo to allay our concerns. We left with no car and no money but the agreement to have the car inspected and the sale would be on if all checked out. They finally got the car into Fisher on 9/20/18. Fisher had a pretty long and expensive list of their own and we elected to pass on the car. We were told on Thursday 9/20/18 that a check could not be cut because it was after 5. We got a call on Friday 9/21/18 informing us we could not have a check, as our check had not cleared. We checked our account and our check cleared on 9/13/18. We went back and forth on Friday and were finally told we would have a check cut on Friday. We called, we dropped by, we waited, we called again. No check. Finally we got a call and were informed that the general manager needed to sign the check and he was not at that location on Friday, but he would for sure be there on Monday and I would have a check by 5 pm Monday. It is currently 5:47pm, they are not returning my calls, I have no check. I highly question their ethics and business practices. I cannot in any way recommend that anyone do business there. I would like to get my $10,378 check, they have had it in their account since 9/13/18, so 11 days. Quite distressing and unacceptable. More
