I came to this facility due to one employee and notice a dearth of veteran personnel. Sometimes the service is extraordinary yet usually it is mediocre in substance from the service advisory staff or the personnel handling car arrival and delivery. The Mercedes experience needs improvement. The parts department continues to impress me as it seems to practice the mantra of 'do the right thing.' More
