unexcepted Jeff Betzler was very helpful. He got me in and out quickly. When I returned to pick up my car I mentioned that the car wash down the street had put s Jeff Betzler was very helpful. He got me in and out quickly. When I returned to pick up my car I mentioned that the car wash down the street had put scratches on the cars rear side bumpers. Jeff looked at it, brought the service manager over to look at it, and they decided to detail the car and try to get the scratches out. WOW! I thought now that's going a step beyond. I also want to mention (and I'm sorry I can't remember her name) the VERY helpful lady that checked for insurance and arranged the loaner car for me. She was very pleasant first thing in the morning.
