unprofessional and deceiving Came in to claim an email offer to buy up the remaining 4-6 months left on my lease from the leasing manager. As a 4 year customer with several other accounts with them I feel very disrespected and unappreciated. In addition I saw on the tv a running ad that says the location would take care of any service if I was to trade in my car that day, which I did, yet they are still trying to bill me for it. More
