Easy & Quick I arrived about 20 minutes early for my service appointment but they didn't make me wait. Took about 5 minutes with Dylan and then another 10 minutes I arrived about 20 minutes early for my service appointment but they didn't make me wait. Took about 5 minutes with Dylan and then another 10 minutes with Nick to get a loaner car. Picking up my car took about 10 minutes. The only thing I was surprised about is they didn't clean the car! They handed me a gift card to Kaady Car wash and only the $8 Advanced Wash. I'm use to getting a clean car back when I pick it up from service. I felt this was tacky and cheap for a Mercedes dealership. More

My only complaint was that the paperwork was not ready for signing when I returned, and I had to make another trip to get it all done. Now that it's done I'm super happy with my new (used) vehicle.
