I have considered Chris a friend for years now and trust him implicitly. Chris and the Mercedes Benz team have actually 'gone to battle' for me and won, on more than one occasion! No way will I ever use another Service Representative or dealership, period! They have it right, all the way around at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton! So much respect and appreciation for that team. Also, the tall young man who got my loaner lines up for me, coolest and most professional young man I have encountered in quite some time. This not only speaks volumes as to the ethical practices and guidelines of this institution but to the hierarchal structure and principles in which this dealership operates within/under. Absolutely impressive!!! More
