With a busy life, I found online to be the best resources since I sit it front of a PC all day. Came across this C300 which had every option we were looking for at a fantastic price. Mercedes was not even on our list of cars to test drive. I am glad we did. I reached out to Max Orsini for additional information. Max was always very responsive. We live 45min away so It was tough to get a chance for the wife to test drive it. Max and Ian Kim were very accommodating and allow us to test drive the car over night. This allowed me to take the car home for the wife to drive. She fell in love right away. I brought our trade in for them to appraise, Max turned me over to Sales Man Bruce Stromenger. Bruce was aware that I was on a time crunch. Within a Little over an hour I was walking out with a new car. This was probably one of my fastest car purchases I have ever had. There were some minor flaws that they said they would address. So I hope they honor their word. More

There was also a center support bearing issue that needed to be addressed, which involved a non Mercedes-Benz repair insurance company. Chris also called me and made me aware of a couple other maintenance issues, which I authorized him to address. Chris kept me apprised on the progress of both the service and repairs and delivered the car within the time promised. I do not remember the name of the person who issued us a loaner car, but he performed flawlessly. More
