Need customer service training I would recommend Ian Kim because he was great to work with. However, the service center was not warm and friendly at all. I felt like a second class citizen by most of the staff. The "sales staff" would not allow Ian to use their empty offices to allow us to conduct business in a confidential manner. I would wager that those offices and computers belong to the dealership, not the "sales staff". I have done business at other service centers and the treatment is much better at other centers. More

Good brake job. I needed brakes and ball joints. Chris got me in promptly and kept in touch (I waited in the lounge with very good coffee) for a few hours. They finis I needed brakes and ball joints. 2018 C300 Re-leased a new C300 after loving my last lease. Service was so quick! We live a bit far from the dealership so driving my car in for its yearly service appointments are not my favorite thing to do. But there is a reason I always go back to the Beaverton location... they're the best. I was told the appointment would be about 1.5 hours. I brought a book to read but after replying to a few messages on my phone and chatting for a bit, my car was already done. I was so pleasantly surprised. I generally only work with Dylan and he was just as helpful as he always is. He makes every appointment there easy which means less worry for me. More
