Cost of B service is high compared to other Mercedes dealerships. I travel 22 miles one way to bring my vehicle to have it serviced. Vehicle wasn’t washed other dealerships wash your vehicle during a similar B type service ie Sunset Porsche, Beaverton Acura. The free car wash card provided is useless to Vancouver owners unless your in a specific area. This vehicle purchased at this dealership Dylan did a Great Job and followed up with me say day when I had questions re: my B service. More

I wanted a Ford, but the one I wanted was at a Mercedes dealership....so I expected the worst. I have pretty broad shoulders, so the chip I had on when I walked in was huge. Then I met Bruce. His office was full of sales awards and one bobble head dachshund. My chip shrank. Then I realized the owner, Andy, was a man I knew through his charity work. My chip shrank again. OK so they're cool, awesome people being nice, yeah right. THEY'RE GOING TO TRY AND TRICK ME AND....then they accepted my offer, made everything really easy and smooth and in no time was driving my new(ish) Ford truck away from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE?! Answer: nothing. Totally recommend them as people...sales and otherwise. xoStorm More

Used car nightmare! We bought a used Infiniti on 12/8/18, (our salesman was awesome.) On 1/10 check engine light came on. Couple days later we got a call from the dealer We bought a used Infiniti on 12/8/18, (our salesman was awesome.) On 1/10 check engine light came on. Couple days later we got a call from the dealer saying that they forgot to pass DEQ before they sold it. We also informed them about the check engine light and took it into them on 1/16. They had it for a week before we got details from them as to what was wrong with the car. They said they had to take it over to the Infiniti dealership to have the codes ran since they weren’t equipped to do it themselves. The report showed over $8,000 in repairs including but not limited to a new transmission and catalytic converter. There were a few other items wrong too including some cooling fans and other things. They said that there was a stand off between the sales department and service department since the sales department didn’t want to pay for anything but they were at fault for selling it to us without passing DEQ and in order to give it back to us they had to get that done. So we continued to wait. On February 7th I called the service manager and found out that they had the transmission replaced at Infiniti, brought it back and were planning on doing the catalytic converter themselves and then they would have to drive it until the light went off and then take it to DEQ. Here we are now February 19th.....A month has gone by since we originally took it took them. My husband left another message with them this morning and we rarely get a call back. I feel like this is being handled really badly. We bought the car from what we thought was a reputable dealership. I very much appreciate that they have given us a loaner car to drive thru this whole thing at no expense. But if I were to have a friend looking for a car I’d tell them to stay away from Mercedes of Beaverton! More

Courteous, efficient, informative...perfect! I always feel Beaverton Mercedes Benz cares about me and my car. What ever needs I have they keep me informed of the situation, timing and costs.
