Wonderful Customer Service!! Purchasing my new GLC43 AMG Coupe last year from Tony Yan (he's the best!) and it was time to bring in my car for it's very first service (A Service). Purchasing my new GLC43 AMG Coupe last year from Tony Yan (he's the best!) and it was time to bring in my car for it's very first service (A Service). I have to say I was very impressed over all with the ease of getting checked in and everything was completed sooner then expected. My Service Advisor Jeff Betzler was amazing and he really took the time to go over everything that got serviced on my car, walk me through the service sheet and answer all my questions. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge and he made my service appointment an enjoyable one! I'm very impressed with all the staff at Mercedes-Benz Beaverton and a big THANK YOU!! More

Great service! Great service from their service dept. I hit a large rock in the road which flattened 2 tires. Once received, the car was given the once over by the Great service from their service dept. I hit a large rock in the road which flattened 2 tires. Once received, the car was given the once over by the service department to determine if there was suspension damage and luckily there was none. Not only did they replace the tires and realign the front end, but they also checked for and repaired a manufacturer recall. One very minor criticism: the new tires still had gunk on them from the tire machine. It would have been nice if they would have cleaned them, esp. since my car was clean when they received it. More

After the purchase, I requested to have something taken care of on my vehicle. I had sent one email with my request, where I got replied in just a few minutes. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. I have also been working with the Service Department which somehow did not meet my expectation comparing with my previous experience with the other location. The car was not cleaned (In and Out), and the issue was still existed and I had to bring the car back in. More
