My tire blew at 8K miles. My car is a lease vehicle Your service center folks were very helpful. My issues were more policy related. We have tire shops but because of the policy and what I viewed as a tire defect I called the MB emergency folks and drove my car home. (I was on a major highway with no safe area to stop, a wife who has cancer and if I got a tow, no way of getting home and other issues.) They arranged for a tow truck and I selected you because the NATO location is downtown Portland , It was after 2PM and I did not have the current schedule for riots in Portland. Your folks were ready for me when I got there and replaced the tire but since you do not deal with tire problems it cost me 324 dollars. Now I found out that the failure was due to a pot hole somewhere along the line (another Portland special) and so in that sense it was not a failure per se but then again these are runflat tires and should be somewhat stronger. Bottom line, the service was excellent. Folks very courteous professional and knowledgeable. Wish you had a Washington location. More

Honest, great place! We drove over 2 hours from our home because this dealership was recommended to us. We were treated fairly and politely. We could hear a clicking noise We drove over 2 hours from our home because this dealership was recommended to us. We were treated fairly and politely. We could hear a clicking noise from our engine and after their inspection, they were honest in saying their diagnostics and inspection couldn't come up with a problem. They recommended not tearing into the engine which would have been extremely costly especially on a 2010 Mercedes. They waived the initial inspection fee because they appreciated the fact we chose them instead of a closer shop and of course because they couldn't fix the problem. We surely felt they were honest and not out for our money and possibly to no avail. We will always return to the Beaverton shop for any of our needs in the future. More
