Very poor performance for a Mercedes service center I asked to have my spare tire pressure checked, was told all was ok, but it became very clear that the tech never accessed the spare as the wagon boot I asked to have my spare tire pressure checked, was told all was ok, but it became very clear that the tech never accessed the spare as the wagon boot still had my liners covered in sand. In that vein, I was told my car was going to be have washed and vacuumed, "a 19.95 $ value" (your words not mine!). Well when I picked up the car it was clear they had not even run it through a car wash let alone hand wash and vacuum. I pointed this out to the service advisor (first name Chris, as Dylan was busy on the phone and could not walk out with me to the car), Chris offered me a Kaddy carwash coupon. All this after having spent nearly $700 for a service B! Finally, I had asked to have my battery checked as it has died a couple days before the scheduled service. I was advised it was going to cost$415. Well guess what, I got it done elsewhere for less than half that price! Why would you treat a Mercedes customer since 2000 like this?? And let me suggest you ask your service advisor to pick up the phone and call people. Sending me a link with limited information that eventually suggests calling for clarifications is pointless, especially when two different voice mails to the service department remains unanswered! This was my worst interaction with a Mercedes service department. I know you can do much better!! More

I waited 2 hours to have my oil changed and no one talked to me about my car nor did anyone step up to ask. I feel like an outsider.( yes I know I am not a Mercedes owner) and then no one “ knows how to turn off my indicator light” in my car. So I had to drive to Acura to get that done. This isn’t the only time this has happened. I wouldn’t have bought the package if I knew this would be the case every time. Disappointing. More

Not only did he spend hours with me explaining everything in the model I wanted (GLC) he wouldn't let me settle for less than what I wanted. He found a car in the exact color with all the features I wanted at another dealership, IN UTAH, and had it shipped! It came and I was so happy! He started showing me features before my appointment to learn about the car. He's the sweetest man and strives to make his customers happy. More

Frustrating My first time to Beaverton Mercedes as well as for the 10K service. It took over 2.5 hours (I was told 1.5 hrs when scheduling). Service tech didn't e My first time to Beaverton Mercedes as well as for the 10K service. It took over 2.5 hours (I was told 1.5 hrs when scheduling). Service tech didn't explain at all what work was going to be done nor review the work performed when it was finally finished. I had to ask if tires were rotated, as well what other items were included in a 10K service. The information was not offered without my inquiring - just wanted to have me sign, pay and then wait another 20 minutes as my car was cleaned. Overall not impressed with the process once I arrived till when I left. Not a very friendly bunch that day. Except for the receptionist that took my call that morning when I had to reschedule for a later appt. More
