Detail plus Service B Chris is the person I prefer to deal with and have for several years. Good man. Little disappointed in quality this time. Had the car detailed but Chris is the person I prefer to deal with and have for several years. Good man. Little disappointed in quality this time. Had the car detailed but there was/is still a film of something on the chrome parts. With a little elbow grease I got it off the grill but of course when you get a car detailed you don’t expect to have to do anything but smile and drive. Also I reported a problem with the radio not understanding voice commands. It used to work so I don’t know what changed. When I give command for a Sirius category like “Jazz Standards” I hear “repeat category”. It does that 3 times than cancels. It recognizes some categories like “Rock” and “Country”. A software update was installed for $165 but it didn’t fix the problem. I”ve talked to Mbrace assistance and Sirius support and both said its a dealer fix. My bad, I haven’t gotten back to Chris yet. More

service should have been conducted on the first visit. I brought it in due to problem with blind side not working and was told there were no issues. Had to take my time to bring it back in for same service. It was very frustrating considering I knew it was a warranty fix needing to be conducted before I brought it to your service center. More
